Standard Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mauli Travel Destination. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking a trip with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or in person at our office.
• A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or the full payment is received and a confirmation receipt is issued.
• The names on the booking must match the names as per the travel documents (Passport/Aadhar).

2. Payment Policy

• Full payment must be made before the start of the trip, or as per the specific payment schedule for the package.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other authorized modes.
• Any additional costs incurred during the trip (meals, extras not in the itinerary) are the responsibility of the traveler.

3. Cancellation and Refund

All cancellations must be sent in writing. Refunds are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refund amounts depend on the time of cancellation and carrier/hotel policies.

4. Travel Documents

• It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and health certifications for their destination.
• Passports must have at least 6 months' validity from the date of return.

5. Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, loss of luggage, and other unforeseen events.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Mauli Travel Destination acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport).
• We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by these third-party service providers or acts of God (natural disasters, strikes, wars).

7. Modifications to Itinerary

We reserve the right to amend the itinerary in the interest of safety or due to circumstances beyond our control. No refund will be provided for missed sightseeing or services due to such changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durg, Chhattisgarh.
